Gaithersburg woman gets eight year sentence for murder conspiracy

Ruth Betty Blosser of Gaithersburg, 52, was sentenced to eight years with all but 18 months suspended for conspiring to murder her ex-husband Harold Blosser. The judge ordered three years probation on release and recommended pre-release center placement. The case included testimony about marital abuse and a police-led sting with a would-be killer.
