Test Disposition of Auto Fines in Court of Appeals
In Rockville on Tuesday night Dr. Benjamin C. Perry president of the Montgomery county Board of Commissioners and formerly of Araby announced the county authorities plan to collect fines against auto law violators and use the funds for maintenance of the county police until the Court of Appeals rules the special law unconstitutional. Perry believes the statute is constitutional and has legal advice to that effect. Under the law Montgomery county would begin using its own fines on June 1.
