Jail Needs Fixing And Local Arrests In Carroll County

The Carroll County grand jury urged jail expansion and removal of the County Home saying jail facilities, especially for juveniles and women, are inadequate while repairing the jail roof. In Westminster two arrests were reported: Edward McComas 24 Baltimore charged with disorderly conduct and destruction of city property held on 300 bond. Lena Grace Fogle 25 Mt Phillip Road charged with speeding 25 over limit on Rosemont Avenue with collateral 1145 and trial May 9.
