Frederick High Student Killed In Car Accident
A 15 year old Frederick High School sophomore, David E. Fisher, died after the car he rode in rear ended an air compressor on West Patrick Street. Driver Clarence J. Shull III, 17, suffered injuries and was treated and released. Police called the crash a freak accident and a post mortem was planned. The compressor belonged to Winpigler Trucking Company. the car was a 1959 Rambler. Cpl. James W. Stockman will file charges pending. Fisher resided with his sister on Walnut Street.
