The Dickerson United Methodist Women plan to take orders for Lavonite products until the thirteenth as Vivian Hughes stops demonstrator work. A spring community yard sale is set for June at Deckeran Church with tables available for ten dollars. The Monocacy Homemakers host a Spring Luncheon on April 17 at Meadow Lark Inn Poulesville. The Historical Society of Frederick County hosts a Living Timeline event April 8 at 1 to 4 pm at the society museum 24 East Church Street Frederick. The program features past tenants and residents linked to the Home built circa 1820 by Dr John Baltzell now housing the society’s museum and research library. Visitors may tour read and contribute to a 2 foot timeline of Frederck County the state of Maryland and the United States.
