Ice Cream Cart Hit In East Church Street Crash
A three-vehicle crash on East Church Street and Chapel Alley at 12 30 PM involved a northbound car driven by Patrolman Sydney Mercer and an eastbound Myers vehicle. The Myers car struck Angelo's ice cream cart, tipping it over. Joseph Angein, operator of the cart, was reportedly knocked under the cart. Stable and Garage Destroyed in Early Morning Fire Near Frederick
A fire early today destroyed a combined stable and garage on New Design road near Frederick, costing over 1200 dollars. Three cows a calf an automobile ten tons of hay and other items were lost. the house and nearby structures were endangered but saved by firemen. The origin remains unknown, with a tramp suspected. the Kemp family slept in the adjacent house and escaped unharmed.
