Maryland Roads Plan Outlined By Hardy At Frederick Rotary
William E. Hardy of the Maryland Wae Way Contractors Association spoke at the Frederick Rotary dinner on how the Federal Highway Act 1956 reshapes Maryland 2 year and 12 year plans.
