All American Aerobic Dancing honored in Frederick County tribute
The fourth annual Aerobic Dancing celebration in Frederick County featured 200 participants at the Kings Valley Clubhouse near Fairfield Pennsylvania. Jacki Sorensen, founder of Aerobic Dancing, Inc., choreographed the show "All American Aerobic Dancing" and spoke on fitness as fun. Local YMCA sponsors and six instructors led classes across Frederick, Thurmont, Mt. Airy, and beyond with new sessions starting March 29 and information available from the YMCA.
