The incident occurred about 5 p m Thursday and police said charges are pending. Earlier a seven year old boy William Ray Jr of Bartonsville sustained a broken right leg and foot when a truck driven by Clemens Basil Sink near Frederick ran over his leg. The boy was taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital and then to another facility. charges are pending.
