Minor Zoning Law Changes Protested by Utilities
Representatives from Potomac Edison Company and Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone protested minor provisions of the permanent Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance before Frederick County Planning and Zoning Commission. They urged clearer definitions for structures and limited appeals, offered to form a joint committee for wording, and sought using prevailing jot sizes for agricultural land and two acre minimums for conservation areas.
