Sidney Wailes $60,000 bill amended and set for Wednesday at 2 p.m. Motormen protection bill amended to exclude cable cars and ordered engrossed. Other bills passed include a second judge for Baltimore City Supreme Court, oyster inspectors pay, Union Trust and Surety Co Maryland, Harbor Board control of iceboat Annapolis, obscenity publication ban, and fertilizer inspection. Weekly pay bill sent to Labor Committee. Edward Hambleton telegraphed Cashman Fitzgerald that Baltimore car companies would not seek personal deration of the path tax.
