Zoning Problems Considered by Frederick Planning Commission
Fisher and Fisher Construction representatives presented a zoning issue at the Frederick County Planning Commission meeting. They argued for changes to permit a trailer on a foundation in civil districts while planners consider broader trailer provisions and a future revision of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance. The commission delayed action on the trailer permit and directed reviews of water and sewage requirements and conditional use in rural districts. A separate item noted a helicopter crash near Parkton injuring three Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. employees, with minor bruises reported.
