Miss Frederick 1991 Crown Goes to Connellan at Weinberg Center

Siobhan Marie Carol Connellan, a 2 Hood College senior and six foot tall performer, won Miss Frederick 1991 at the Weinberg Center for the Arts after a standout talent with Broadway Baby. She earned a $1,000 scholarship and was crowned by 1990 Miss Frederick Angie Sos.
