A 38 year old Finksburg woman accused of killing her 7 year old daughter with a narcotic was found dead in her trailer Monday morning neighbors reported seeing a motionless body at 9 30 am Sgt Doug Webland of the Maryland State Police said the daughter Bethany died from an overdose in February the mother had been charged with second degree manslaughter and distribution of narcotics inside trailer no 14 at 3223 Murray Road no signs of foul play were found and there was no evidence tying medicines at the scene to her death authorities noted she had medical conditions and heavy medication possibly a heart attack neighbors last saw her Friday an autopsy will determine cause of death
