Miss Holly Campbell Receives College Certificate

Miss Holly Jean Campbell daughter of Mr and Mrs James L Campbell Sr of 1509 West Seventh Street was awarded a certificate by Hagerstown Business College at commencement exercises on Sunday March 9 She studied in the Maryland Medical Secretarial School the para Medical division and completed a 13 week resident internship at Harrisburg Polyclinic Hospital Harrisburg Pa She is a 1973 graduate of Governor Thomas Johnson High School.

Police survey briefing tonight in Winchester Hall

A briefing on the Frederick County police services survey is set for 7:30 p.m. Monday in Winchester Hall. Davon Management, Inc. of Columbus, Ohio conducts the study, authorized by County Commissioners last September, with a $10,000 federal grant via the Law Enforcement Assistance Agency and the Governor's Commission. County pays $1,069 and state pays $389 toward the project.
