Annapolis AP Redskin owner Jack Kent Cooke cannot allow a pro baseball team to play at his planned Prince George County stadium under Senate committee approved legislation. The Budget and Taxation Committee voted 8 4 to add a provision to HB 1267 allowing exhibition games or special events.
