Mrs English widow attended the burial of Arthur E English at Mt Olivet cemetery after a fatal shooting in his home village near Indian Springs Frederick County. Rev Douglass Hooff led services at All Saints Episcopal Church. The tragedy linked to family tensions and a verdict of self defense satisfied many observers. The procession left P Rice undertakers at 9 30 am for the grave with relatives and neighbors watching.
