Middletown Beer Case Heard Again
An appeal of the Middletown beer license decision for Benjamin Groff proceeded with testimony from eleven witnesses. Objectors argued the town already has enough licenses and Groff would not sell meals. Groff claimed no intent to run a hall or entertainment venue and that no additional licensing was needed. The State Bureau will render a decision after reviewing testimony from the hearing and supplementary briefing.
