HOV lane projects begin on 1 270 and 495 in Potomac area
The Maryland SHA will reconstruct segments of I 270 and I 495 in Montgomery County starting next week to create north and southbound HOV lanes on the West Spur. The $20.4 million contract goes to The Hardaway Co. paving and widening work through late fall 1996 with multiple lane closures and advance notice.
