Deaf students cited for trolley car arson crime
Court records say two deaf students set fire to a historic trolley car Sunday night to have something to remember their senior year by. They siphoned gas, burned a dumpster, and ignited the car causing 4000 dollars in damage, with one suspect aged 18 and the other 17.
