Prize scramble at Frederick malls ends with few wins
Downtown Frederick and the Frederick Shopping Center finished their Midday Days style contest with 26 and 22 prizes claimed respectively. Prizes included a $400 washer dryer and a brand new 1957 Plymouth, but most rewards remained unclaimed by 5 p.m. Saturday, forcing merchants to rethink future giveaways.
