ICC hearing on B&O trains from Washington to Cleveland
The Interstate Commerce Commission will hold an April 16 hearing in Cumberland on a Baltimore and Ohio Railroad proposal to discontinue two passenger trains between Washington and Cleveland. An ICC spokesman said those trains are the sole B&O passenger link between the two cities.
