Jana Kelly sentenced to seven years for cocaine distribution
Jana Kelly, 25, of Frederick, was sentenced Thursday to seven years in the state division of corrections after conviction on a cocaine distribution charge. She received three consecutive 18 month terms for two counts of distributing cocaine and one count of distributing fake cocaine.
