Jana Kelly sentenced to seven years for cocaine distribution
Jana Kelly, 25, of Frederick, was sentenced Thursday to seven years in the state division of corrections after conviction on a cocaine distribution charge. She received three consecutive 18 month terms for two counts of distributing cocaine and one count of distributing fake cocaine. Kelly had pleaded guilty and was highlighted in a Frederick News-Post series on Operation Crack Down.
