Mural funding in Frederick looks shaky with reduced ask
Frederick Aldermen gave only cautious backing for Shared Vision to fund a single mural at the Francis Scott Key hotel with a $60,000 city portion toward a $200,100 project. Backers pledge $50,000 private money and a $40,000 contribution from developers, while county grant support remains contingent on city funding.
