Frederick's Church Street parking deck gets repairs under way
Downtown Frederick begins rehabilitation of the 27 year old Church Street garage to raise safety and structural integrity. Work started Monday will limit spaces under repair at a time and keep the facility open with altered traffic patterns. City officials and local merchants welcome the decision not to tear it down and expect a future 760 space deck on Delphney property within two to three years.
