Modernization Proposals For Frederick Post Office
Post Office extension and modernization plans for Frederick are under review. Postmaster Gronouski discussed expansion with Rep. Mathias who asked when action would occur. Mathias also sought a Branch Post Office at the Shopping Center land offered by Harry Rosenfeld. The Post Office Department referred the matters to the Washington regional office. Mathias plans to press for both projects until conditions improve.
