The Adams Town elementary students, staff, and parents reflect on moving from the old building with crowded basements to Carroll Manor School. Old classrooms, limited facilities, and shared lavatories gave way to dedicated spaces for physical education music art and modern general-use rooms. Dr John Vachon, president, introduced Dr David G Everhart who gave an illustrated talk on his recent visit to Guatemala Central America and Mexico. Alaska became a state on July 10. The dentists and their wives attended.
