January home resale rate hits highest level in over three years
The National Association of Realtors reports January existing single family home sales at a 2.99 million annual pace, up 4.9 percent from December and the strongest since November 1980. Regions show gains except the West, with prices rising and inventory expanding to 2.27 million homes for sale.
