Monocacy Aquatic Club completes second season at Navy meet
The Monocacy Aquatic Club finished its second season at the South Atlantic Association Junior Olympics held at the US Naval Academy. MAC swimmers posted a strong tally of B, A, AA and AAA times with standout efforts from Ene Moore and Nicki Fowler. The club earned multiple AAA and AA times across ages, setting team records and counting eight and under age group separately. The MAC will shift to an off season training program at the Frederick VFW, inviting local youth to join the undefeated and league-champion VFW team with stroke instruction led by Ed Hazlett.
