Two Convicted in Gas Station Hold Up Case
Richard Rogers and James Daily were found guilty of robbing a Georgetown area gas station on December 27. The pair denied the charge, testified they were at a Washington rooming house, and were linked to the crime by manager George M Alger. Sentence was deferred for a possible new trial.
