Germantown man jailed for robberies in Maryland case
Darrick A. Lucas, 33, was sentenced by Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge Anne Harrington to three years in jail after pleading guilty to felony theft and identity fraud in a scheme using a Virginia resident’s identity to rob businesses and ATMs. More than $8,000 in thefts occurred from January to March 2001 linked to fraudulent accounts and cross-state connections.
