Rev Dr Joshua Peterkin rector of St James Episcopal Church Richmond Va died yesterday after a long illness. He was among the oldest well known ministers there and his family remained at his bedside. Born August 2 1814 he rose from orphaned youth to serve in Baltimore and several towns before leading St James Church for nearly thirty eight years. Funeral at St James Church Wednesday at noon.
