Keith Oney, 24, of 153 West All Saints Street, died about 9:30 p.m. at Frederick Memorial Hospital from a shotgun wound. George Rhodes III of Rockville was arrested the same day and charged with attempted murder and assault with intent to murder. Bond set at 275000. This is Frederick’s first homicide of the year.
