Two Vehicle Crash Leaves Two in Frederick County
A two vehicle mishap on Md 65 near Lily Pons Road left David Fulton 4 of Tuscarora in critical condition and his son Melvin Eugene Fulton 24 in stable condition. Melvin was driving a 1979 Sunbird northbound when he lost control on icy roads. Shirley Ann Wagner 29 of Adamstown in a 1975 Vega southbound hit the Fulton car. Wagner was treated and released. David Fulton was trapped for over 15 minutes before extraction. No charges were filed due to weather conditions.
