Community Homemakers share color talk and plans
Merryland Tract Homemakers held a February session on color theory with Mrs. Ralph Virts using models to show how skin hair and eye color influence clothing choices. They announced a bus trip to a Washington Flower Show and finalized plans for the Hood College annual meeting with delegates named and prizes discussed. Buckeystown Homemakers featured a clothing talk by Mrs. Lester Dudrow and Civil Defense updates. They set a March 21 Hood College meeting and a March 20 lunch event in the church hall, plus a three-play program at Western Maryland College on March 13.
