Will Admits Probate In Court For Elizabeth Zeigler Estate
Elizabeth Zeigler died February 24 with a will recorded in the Register of Wills office. Bequests included 100 to St John’s Catholic Cemetery Association and to the St John’s church pastor for masses, plus smaller gifts to several relatives and a Baltimore archbishop. Codicils revoked cemetery and mass provisions and altered several bequests. The will, made September 2, 1921, names Annie Hartman Bennett as residuary heir. two codicils followed, with additional changes and a new executor appointment.
