On February 16 1972 a Bill of Complaint was filed in the Circuit Court for Frederick County Maryland by Raleigh M Jarman and others against named defendants. The complaint asserts that the plaintiffs are owners by the entirety of two adjoining 1867 acre parcels in Buckeystown Election District described by deeds dated 1965 and recorded in Frederick County Land Records. The defendants are heirs at law of John W Stevenson who died intestate on August 12 1958 and no administration existed for his estate.
