Objections to Rejection of Union Mfg Stock Bid
T Poole Jones filed objections to an Incuit Court rejection of his bid for five shares of Union Manufacturing Company stock at a public sale of securities held February 2. The success bid was $232 per share. Jones argues the sale could not have been illegal and that his bid reflected adequate value. He also notes a bid of $135 per share for 25 Frederick Hotel Co. shares and says he may renew at $2.50 per share if the sale is ordered again. Parsons Newman is his attorney.
