Three Dead In Fire In New York Apartment

A six story building at One Hundred and Twenty-ninth Street and Amsterdam Avenue caught fire on March 2. Two women and a child died after being trapped between the second and third floors. Six others, including two policemen, were injured as flames forced many residents to flee, with thirty five families affected.
