Budget Bits and Local Notes From 19th Century Press
Senator Harris of Tennessee is the lone 1851 veteran in Congress with Galushi A. Grow the Pennsylvania at large. Senators Sherman Morrill Voorhees and Representatives Holman Sickles also served with Grow in his first House term. Paris features a nailless horseshoe fastened by a clasp. Adam’s rib is cited as the greatest bone of contention. The reason successful men mind their own business is due to competition. The writs must accompany communications intended for publication. J P Quinn, North Market Street butcher, shows a new sign.

Taxation of Mortgages Sparks Farmer Letter to Editor
A Frederick County farmer denounces a previous paper's reply by "Justice" over mortgage taxation. He argues higher taxable bases want higher tax, accuses Justice of biases, and says mortgage taxation harms farmers by raising costs and lowering loan yields. He asserts his own loan terms and market dynamics differ from government bonds.
