Carroll BOE presents budget to Carroll County officials
The Carroll County Board of Education asks for 29,182,539 for fiscal 1976, with local tax revenue of 15,961.98, a 12.3 percent rise from 14,209,412. Switch in landfill sites recommended in Montgomery County
The county planning board recommends moving the sanitary landfill from Clarksburg to Site 24, about two miles southeast of Sandy Spring, by a 3 to 1 vote.
