Frederick County sued over age bias in teaching job denial

Man pleads guilty to drug charges in Frederick
Frederick City resident Timothy Carmon 30 of 131 Pennsylvania Ave pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and marijuana after a year old arrest on cocaine distribution charges. Judge Clater W. Smith ordered a background investigation before sentencing. Carmon received maximum sentences of one year for marijuana and four years for cocaine plus fines totaling 26000 dollars. He had been held at the Frederick Adult Detention Center since December 23 and was released on pre sentencing probation until August 24. Police executed a search warrant at his residence after an informant bought drugs there earlier, finding two marijuana cigarettes and five crack rocks.
