Exhibit recreates London Blitz for visitors at Imperial War Museum
The Blitz Experience recreates 1940s London bombardment with smoke, sound, and a nocturnal shelter scene. Narratives from a Cockney air raid warden and a wartime atmosphere aim to educate visitors about fear and sacrifice, with Queen Elizabeth II set to officially open the redeveloped museum.
