Keeney Elected to Montgomery Planning Board
Richmond Max Keeney, a Republican and Bethesda resident who works with the Air Force Association in Washington, was appointed by the County Council to fill the expired seat of Robert Brennan on the Montgomery County planning board. Keeney previously served on the board from 1975 to 1980, and his experience weighed heavily with the council. Aiming to place an upper county resident on the board had been unsuccessful.
