Four Qualify To Take Youth Trainee Exams
Four persons qualified Saturday to take the Federal examination for prospective counselors and youth aides. Five applied at the Maryland Department of Employment Security office in the Masonic Temple. Three of the five applicants were men. two of the qualifiers were college graduates and two were not. The exams and applications go to Washington for grading as part of a nationwide labor program to recruit 2,000 counselor aides and youth advisors for Youth Opportunity Centers.

Warrants Ready Says Magaha
State Police Capt. Charles W. Magaha said warrants are prepared charging three of four persons in a license forgery ring at the Department of Motor Vehicles. The warrants will be sought in the Baltimore area where the offenses occurred. The individuals named are not current department employees. Commissioner John R. Jewell said three or four former employees forged chauffeurs licenses for a $70 fee, with evidence of at least one forgery and possible additional cases.
