A Frederick youth was ordered held for action of the grand jury after a preliminary hearing on forgery charges. Kenneth Eugene Myers is kept in custody over a forged $82.66 check drawn on the Walters account and passed at the Farmers and Mechanics Citizens National Bank. The arrest was made by Lt. A Norman Dietz, with $82.66 money allegedly received for the bogus check.
