Thurmont Grange Contests Across Local County State Levels
Youth Chairman Patty Myers reminds Pus is everyone as Thurmont Grange hosts meet with contests at local county and state levels. The sum is set for June 16 to 18 with camp at the Rocks on July 14 and the annual bonnet contest to be held there. Rodman Myers announces completion of the Rt 77 signboard east of Taerment and notes a recent trip to the State Fair Board meeting at Timonium was successful.

The Montgomery County 4 H Sheep and Swine Club met May 8 at the Agriculture Center dining hall. Mrs Maxine Beall led an instructional talk on halter breaking. Tour Day on May 27 will visit members barns and discuss care and feeding programs. Clean up day is the first weekend in August at the Agriculture Center to prepare for the Fair.
