Several Hundred Dollars Made For Playground Benefit Show

A crowd of 730 plus attended The Junior Follies of 1997 at City Opera House for the Playground Commission fund. Evelyn R White Studios of Dancing presented a three hour program repeated from Baltimore with 75 pupils from Frederick and county and Baltimore. The show featured acts Kiddie Kabaret Air de Ballet A Night In Spain and Hey Babe Hey with costumes by Miss White and lights from Mattimore. Eleanor Eichelberger was pianist Tim Linn MC, and Dave Sagan orchestra provided music.
