Kuwait to end martial law this Wednesday
Kuwait will lift martial law on Wednesday marking a move toward normalcy after the Persian Gulf War. Justice Minister Ghazi Obeid al Sammar said trials of alleged collaborators will move from martial law courts to normal criminal courts with better rights, as 325 of 450 defendants have already been tried. The governor of the Central Bank announced higher monthly withdrawal limits from 14000 to 21000 dinars starting Monday.

Youths in Custody After 100 MPH County Chase

Maryland parks set to reopen July 1 with some limits
