Manchester Tennessee June 25 AP four black men who slapped a white man at a negro dance have paid with their lives. Officials report eight held yesterday by Coffee County officers charged in the murder. Sheriff C D Hetman said the slaying stemmed from a vengeance act following the earlier incident.
